For a state to count as visited the rules are simple and originally defined by Sharon. You have to have left the airport, dock, or wherever it is that you arrived in the state.States I've landed on
These are the states I have landed on when flying a plane. Namely, each marked state has at least one airport that appears in my logbook as a destination.
